Right off the crack of the aromatic bat, there's a high concentration of caramel corn, corn meal and breakfast cereal flakes; secondary sniffs encounter subtle notes of dried berries, citrus zest, maple and vanilla bean. Entry is silky smooth, beany (vanilla, cocoa) and moderately sweet and brown sugar-like; midpalate is creamed corn sweet, caramel-like and filled with baking spices, mostly allspice, clove and nutmeg.
