This Blossom Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. This classic London Dry Gin is distilled with spring water from the Warner's farm and eleven botanicals, including cardamom and hedgerow elderflower. Elegantly balanced with juniper and spice, this epic gin won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition before its launch in June 2019.
