Jura 10YO is a whisky only Jura could make, shaped by its remote Scottish island home and a tradition of distilling that dates back to 1810. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills, it is matured for a decade in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in fine aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. Copper-gold in colour, it opens with aromas of vanilla, orange, cracked black pepper, and dark chocolate, leading to a smooth, sweet palate of nectarines, ginger, coffee, and toasted almonds. Finished in American Rye casks for a warm, welcoming whisky that's perfectly reminiscent of the long summer days on Jura. Distilled in Jura's exceptionally tall stills, it is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in American rye casks. Fruity and gently spiced, it delivers layers of sweet citrus, dark chocolate and cinnamon, with aromas of mango, fresh mint and crushed almonds leading to a palate of toffee apple, pecan pie, honey, cacao and soft wood spices.

This rare spirit first matured in small batch Bourbon barrels delivers the perfect honey, vanilla, lemon cake and baked apple flavours that provide the base for this exceptional whisky. The legendary warrior giant Fingal is said to have tethered his favourite dog Bran to this stone. This peated expression of the Arran Single Malt perfectly captures the rugged beauty and lore of the landscape. Unleash the legend that is Machrie Moor. Located at 798 meters above sea level in Nagano's Japanese Alps, Mars Shinshu is Japan's highest whisky distillery. Established by Hombo Shuzo in 1985, it utilises, cold climate, heavy snowfall, and, soft, granite-filtered water for a slow, nuanced maturation process. Named after Kiichiro Iwai, a silent pioneer of Japanese whisky, Mars Whisky Iwai is a smooth, approachable blend inspired by classic American styles. Crafted with a majority of corn and balanced by light malt, it is aged in ex-bourbon barrels to create a rich gold whisky with soft, sweet, and floral aromas. The palate reveals notes of pear, quince, red fruits, and vanilla, complemented by subtle hints of dark cacao. Perfect neat or mixed into cocktails like a Mint Julep or Old Fashioned.

Bright topaz colour; unblemished clarity. Right off the crack of the aromatic bat, there's a high concentration of caramel corn, corn meal and breakfast cereal flakes; secondary sniffs encounter subtle notes of dried berries, citrus zest, maple and vanilla bean. Entry is silky smooth, beany (vanilla, cocoa) and moderately sweet and brown sugar-like; midpalate is creamed corn sweet, caramel-like and filled with baking spices, mostly allspice, clove and nutmeg. Finishes long, grainy sweet and nougat. Notch another winner from Michter's.
