Charles Mercer & Co signature Double Barrel blend is created by first expertly sourcing aged component rums from Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Panama. These rums are then blended together and left to rest in a marrying cask in London for a further period of 6 months before being carefully bottled. Alluring vanilla sweetness on the nose, with flashes of vibrant tropical fruit and a wonderful toasty oak character.
