Very fresh and flavourful. First impressions are of lemon zest and just squeezed lime juice. The palate has a fleshy, pithy texture with chalky minerality and mouth-watering acidity. At once salivating, inviting, elegant. While this is a lighter-bodied wine, it has plenty of volume and power. A spell in the cellar will invite the emergence of more complex maturation characters.
