First vintaged in 1964, Penfolds Bin 707 remains a benchmark of the Penfolds House Style, renowned for intensely flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon matured in new oak. The 2021 vintage delivers classic Bin 707 character, with blackcurrant, cassis, mulberry, black plum and fresh black fig layered with nutmeg, Moroccan spices, dark chocolate and subtle toasted notes. The palate is engulfing and lush, driven by waves of dark and red fruit, liquorice and cocoa, while ripe, firm tannins provide shape and persistence. Seamlessly integrated oak adds a creamy texture without overshadowing the fruit, resulting in a powerful yet balanced Cabernet with remarkable cellaring potential through to 2050.
