The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old forms part of Macallan's Sherry Oak Collection, featuring a series of single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak is a limited edition single malt created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, celebrating the artistry and influence of oak in whisky making. Matured in a combination of first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak and refill casks, it delivers classic American oak character with notes of vanilla, citrus, and sweet oak drawn naturally from the wood. The palate reveals creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, toasted coconut, apple, and almond brittle, leading to a medium, sweet finish with lingering vanilla. Inspired by creativity, innovation, and a deep respect for nature, it reflects The Macallan's mastery of oak and its enduring connection to the natural world.

When Tomatin Distillery was established in 1897, the isolated and idyllic setting of Tomatin was almost perfect. However there wasn't a local workforce; the local inhabitants were scattered shepherds and cattle drovers. The company began a project of construction to accommodate its workforce. Since that time the distillery has been at the heart of the community and the community at the heart of the distillery. This legacy has continued and Tomatin remains one of the few distilleries to provide a home for its dedicated craftsmen. Time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to The Tomatin Legacy, a non-peaty scotch which boasts aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate gentle waves of fresh fruit peppered with ginger emerge ahead of a light, clean finish.
