Sourced entirely from vineyards located in Southern Marlborough's spectacular Awatere Valley, this vibrant wine displays aromas of lemongrass, sweet capsicum and underlying notes of freshly crushed herbs. This Nelson Chardonnay displays aromas of lemon zest, ripe nectarine and subtle flinty, mineral notes from use of French oak. On the palate flavours of white peach, bright citrus and notes of toasted hazelnut take this medium bodied and elegantly textured wine to a lusciously long and persistent finish.

Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill. Dry and reminiscent of highball gin and tonic, persistent flavours of blackcurrant, banana passionfruit, cucumber, and green olive are revealed alongside bright, mouth-watering acidity. The distinctive palate has an elegant structure and a bright, pure finish.

A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas. Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi-layered pinot gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture.
