This delightfully fruity, aromatic beer gets its lead from the abundance of USA hops. A top fermented ale style, the tropical fruit salad and passionfruit flavours give way to a soft clean bitter finish. A very well balanced beer. A New Zealand interpretation, Cassels Double Cream Milk Stout is intensely rich, strong and malty with a creamy, almost velvet texture. A full bodied stout with dark mocha and chocolate aromatics. This Double Cream Milk Stout contains a non-fermentable lactose sugar derived from 100% pure New Zealand milk.

Cassels' Fogged Up Hazy Pale Ale has been created by their award-winning brewers to deliver a full avoured yet elegant beer. Juicy tropical fruit notes combine with punchy hop characteristics to bring you a balanced and refreshing brew that will have you coming back for more! HOPS: Riwaka, Taiheke, Nectaron. MALTS: Ale Malt, Malted Oats, Malted Wheat, Carapils, Chit Wheat Malt.

Pale golden with a lingering, white foam, this Lager's as easy on the eye as it is on the palate. Subtle orange peel and mandarin citrus notes, mild peppery hop flavour, and restrained bitterness; complementing a soft, bready, malt base and gentle sweetness on the finish.

While low in alcohol, Cassels Light Owl beer has been brewed to maximise personality. Chinook hops bring a distinctive pine aroma which is rounded out by the citrusy, floral flavours of the Taiheke hops. A bit of alchemy in the brew as we tinker with gravity, the result being a full-bodied, big character beer.

This Pilsner showcases the very best of New Zealand's ingredients. Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops bring lime and sauvignon grape flavours, alongside subtle juniper berry characters. This is balanced out by the mostly Pilsner malt-base, which provides cracker-like flavours and sweetness, perfectly complementing the crisp, refreshingly bitter finish.
