The 2023 Eleven Barrels Parkburn Vineyard Pinot Noir is a single vineyard wine displaying the power, generosity and intensity generated by Rockburn's Parkburn Vineyard site. Dark and moody, the Eleven Barrels displays notes of black cherry, thyme and ripe plum. With plush tannins and a fine balance of ripe fruit, natural acidity and mineral tension, this wine truly represents the Pisa sub-region and its complex nature.

It all started with a kiss! A Stolen Kiss Rosé back in 2006, when winemaker Malcolm Rees-Francis 'stole' some Pinot Noir grapes that were destined for Rockburn's flagship Central Otago Pinot Noir and turned them into one of the country's first premium Rosé wines. Once unleashed into your glass its candy-floss and crème-brûlée aromas shall sashay into a flirtatious toffee-apple and simmering strawberry palate smeared with cherry lip-gloss; most fun to drink chilled on sultry summer afternoons and evenings.

This wine is the result of Rockburn's Winemaker let loose to practice his Artistry on fruit from other sites within Central Otago. Created from a single vineyard site in the Dunstan foothills, this wine has a dense core of dark cherries, charred oak, notes of star anise, leather and cinnamon. Bold yet pliable tannins, fruit compote, cigar smoke and a muscular structure defined by length and elegance. Excellent with mature steaks and game.

Hand harvested from 40 year-old Grenache vines in southern Spain and made in a modern, vibrantly fruity, opulent style this is a classic expression of immediately attractive, juicy, dark Grenache.

RUA Pinot Noir has a rich and generous palate, with black cherry, raspberry and plum notes supported by vanilla and classic Central Otago dried herbs. A subtle spiciness adds to the complexity. The silky tannins are well integrated in this fresh and vibrant Central Otago Pinot Noir.

Ruffino Chianti DOCG is an approachable, easy-drinking wine that has predominantly fruity and floral aromatics, with hints of spice and hazelnut. The palate is soft with a medium body and nice balance, displaying pleasantly fruity characteristics.

The bouquet is fragrant and bursting with fruit notes. It shows clean aromas of apples, pears, and citrus, accompanied by hints of wisteria. Crisp, clean, and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate. Intense flavours of apples and peaches lead to a pleasant finish with lingering fruit and floral notes.

Ruffino Sparkling Rosé is fresh and fragrant with notes of strawberry and slight hints of rose petals. On the palate this wine has elegant bubbles and refreshing acidity, offering alluring flavours of delicate red berries and white fruits that linger through the finish.

This is a classy but sensuous Rose style, from the oldest house in Champagne. One of the few Rose Champagnes to include a blend of white and red wines, the Ruinart is a bright 'pomegranate pink' colour with some deep fruit notes along with red berry nuances and brioche. This elegant fruitiness makes it capable of matching right through the meal, from aperitif with prosciutto through poultry and veal to a lighter fruit or berry dessert. Simply gorgeous.

Free spirit in a bottle - SAINT X captures the free and authentic spirit of the Mediterranean. On the palate, this Rosé is refreshingly crisp and lively. The Grenache imparts a juicy, red-fruited core with flavors of ripe cherries and red currants. Syrah contributes a gentle spiciness, with notes of white pepper and a touch of lavender. Cinsault brings a delicate, silky texture, along with flavors of pink grapefruit and a hint of tart cranberry. A small but important addition of Viognier and Rolle complete the wine with some floral aromas of white blossoms and hints of apricots. A perfect balance of freshness, precision and spontaneity.
