Initially some classically rich Chardonnay fruit character on the palate, white stone fruit and toast notes which then picks up on the fresh and crisp finish. The wine finishes with refreshing grapefruit and lemon zest.

Ripe pear, nutmeg, lemon and vanilla bean on the nose with more citrus notes to follow on the palate. White blossom and refined stone fruit on the front palate leads to a richly textured mid-palate that finishes juicy and long.

The fruit was de-stemmed before being gently pressed to stainless tanks. The juice was settled, inoculated with aromatic yeast and then fermented cold to preserve and enhance aromatics. At the end of fermentation the wine was stabilized, fined and bottled while still young and fresh. Bright fruity aromas of strawberries and apple sherbet. The palate has juicy acidity, contributing to the citrus flavours. The wine is balanced with fruit sweetness for a fresh and lively finish.
